Returned Purchases
At Padis Gems commitment to customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We have a 30-day money back guarantee on all jewelry and a 10 day money back guarantee on all diamond solitaires purchased from the website only. Jewelry must be in original condition, with all documents and packaging returned. If, for any reason you decide to return your purchase within our given time frame, just call us at 888-500-GEMS. We’ll provide you with a return authorization code that should be written on the “return shipping” label. Also, please provide your original invoice, and be sure to insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise. Please note, our in store policies and our website policies are different.

On certified diamond solitaire purchases, we will send the original certificate after 10 days.
